Introduction
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive regulation that unifies data protection laws across all European Union member states. It defines an extended set of rights for European Union citizens and residents regarding their personal data.
The GDPR apply in all EU Member States starting from 25 May 2018. Since that time, all PerfectGym internal and external processes, as well as offered products are in accordance with these regulations.
PerfectGym has nominated a data protection lead or Data Protection Officer (DPO). DPO is the first point of contact for all data processing & protection matters. In case of any questions, please contat: dpo@perfectgym.com.
Feature description
Changes introduced within the PerfectGym services:

Marketing notifications management - club member is able to unsubscribe from marketing newsletter through the Unsubscribe link placed it the marketing e-mail footer. Additionally, a new feature for user agreements management will be placed at Client Portal.
- Go to the CP -> Your account settings -> Edit profile -> Phone number and e-mail and unselect Newsletter subscription.

Register of club members' personal data processing - an information about the View action on member personal data was added (currently, we log CREATE and EDIT actions).
- Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members. Select a Member profile from the list, enter it and select Changes from the menu on the left.

Mass contact removal from CRM - a useful tool to remove leads in status: Rejection and Do not process personal data without a need.
- Go to the CRM -> Client database and select the Remove tab.

The right to be forgotten - a tool to hide individual member data. Anonymizes all personal data of the a club member through the whole system.
- Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members. Select a Member profile from the list, enter it and select Changes from the menu on the left. This article shows how to do it in the depreciated Member Profile and this article shows this action in the currently available Member Profile.

Disposing of personal data - the system provides a possibility to routinely and securely dispose of personal data that is no longer required.

Go to the PGM -> Clubs-> Employees -> System permissions. In the Employee permissions window go to Users -> User detail and check marking of: View sensitive data and View sensitive data of members owned by employee. This article will help you set employee permissions properly.

By default, PerfectGym employees will not have an access to club members personal data. Moreover, Only PerfectGym Support Team could temporary check club members personal data for support request investigation purposes.

System integrations - if you use any of PerfectGym integrations mentioned below, you should ask club members for agreement as their personal data will be sent to third parties. Then, we will send data required for the integration only for these club members who signed an integration agreement.

- Members profiling - POS recommended products/favourite products - it is a part of the new Business Intelligence module. The club should have an agreement signed with a club member if this profiling is going to be used. It could be done through user agreement during the joining process in the Client Portal, user agreements in Member Profile in PGM and mentioned in the club's information clause.
