Christmas and New Year's Technical Support Hours 2025
Our Head Office is based in Victoria and follows the Victorian and National Public Holiday calendar.
On the following public holidays, our office will be closed; however, our on call support will be available for emergencies only.
- 25 December 2025: Christmas Day public holiday
- 26 December 2025: Boxing Day public holiday
- 1 January 2026: New Year's Day public holiday
During the above periods, if you experience a non-critical related issue, please use the Get Support Module in PGM. For urgent business critical issues, please call us on 1300 088 922 (Australia) or 613 9059 4907 (New Zealand).
Outside of the public holidays stated, our Technical Support team will be available in line with our normal operating hours of 8am to 7pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
