Before you start
To use Perfect Bot, ensure the following:
- You have access to the Get Support module in Perfect Gym Manager.
- Familiarize yourself with how the Get Support module works. For more details, refer to the Get Support in Perfect Gym.

1. How to Access Perfect Bot
Follow these steps to access and use Perfect Bot:
- Log in to Perfect Gym Manager (PGM).
- Navigate to the Get Support module.
- Click on the Open Chat to start the conversation.

✅ Simplify your questions: Describe your question in a simple but comprehensive way.
✅ One question at a time: This helps Perfect Bot respond faster and more accurately.
✅ Rephrase when needed: If Perfect Bot asks, try asking your question differently.
✅ Use Perfect Bot often: Your interactions help us improve its responses over time.
✅ Use Perfect Bot to open a ticket: If Perfect Bot cannot resolve your issue, then please continue with the conversation and communicate clearly if the issue is not resolved by the end of the chat. The process will automatically be guided to create a ticket with the full chat history visible for our human support agents. Be precise and provide all necessary details and information when guided to by the bot.
DON'T
❌ Include personal data: Avoid sharing membership numbers or any personal details with Perfect Bot – the chatbot will not be able to relate to such information. You can add these when updating a case in Get Support.
❌ Case status updates: Perfect Bot doesn’t have access to case status in the ticketing system. To check on an existing case, simply message within the active case in Get Support.
❌ Escalate without providing details: Always provide a clear description of the issue, even if Perfect Bot cannot resolve it for you. This way, when a Support ticket is created, it will contain all necessary information for our human agents to understand the issue and support you on it.
