Public Holiday Support Hours
Our Head Office is based in Victoria, Australia, and follows the Victorian, as well as, the Australian National Public Holiday (PH) calendar.
For all Victorian Public Holidays in 2026, our Technical Support team will be available from 9am - 5pm (AEST) but in a smaller capacity. These include:
- Labour Day (9 March)
- King's Birthday (8 June)
- AFL Grand Final Eve (25 September)
- Melbourne Cup (3 November)
For all Australian National Holidays in 2026, the office will be closed, however, our on call support will be available for emergencies only. These include:
- New Year's Day (1 January)
- Australia Day (26 January)
- Good Friday (3 April)
- Easter Monday (6 April)
- Anzac Day (25 April)
- Christmas Day (25 December)
- Boxing Day (26 December)
During the above periods, if you experience a non-critical related issue, please use the Get Support Module in PGM. Outside of these dates, normal technical support hours will resume.
