Introduction
This guide is for System Administrators and Club Managers responsible for configuring the physical layout and capabilities of the facility. It will walk you through the process of adding, editing, and managing Club Zone Types to define areas within your club (such as gyms, pools, or studios) and associating them with specific service behaviors like access control, bookings, or amenity management.
Examples of how club zone types will work as follows:
Pool lane hire - Grouping 8 lanes in a single pool, used for Facility booking to hire out a single lane.
Pool hire - Hiring out the whole pool instead of one of the 8 lanes mentioned above for facility booking.
Club Entrance - Connecting the ClubServiceType ClubEntrance will allow the zones be connected to the access server to record visits. Each Zone type will connect to the Access rules to allow the club members enter using the correct rules.
Drinking machine - Connecting compatible drink machines to the system.
Club zones types will appear in the following areas.
PGM->Clubs->Club Zones - To group club zones together.
PGM->Classes->Facility booking definition -> To connect facility booking rules to a club zone.
PGM->Sale->Access rules - To connect how a club member can enter the facilities using their membership.
PGM->Sale->Products - To connect a single service product to a club zone type to enter the facilities, The ClubServiceType must be ClubEntrance, ClubZoneEntrance or QrClubEntrance.
