Introduction
Configurable templates are simple thing. Allows easy creation of template for those who does not know HTML.
Be aware you always can use Custom template to create more customized template.
Instruction
To create your own email templates using the configurable template tool, go to PGM -> Automation Centre -> Email notification templates.
Press Add configurable template to create a new template, or you can press the edit button next to an existing rule to edit the existing template.
Here you can select the options to generate the template.
- Name: Name of the template.
- Description: Information on what the template is about.
- Show company logo in the header: This will show the company logo on the header of the email. This needs to be set up prior in PGM -> Settings -> System Settings.
- Show button: This will allow you to link a single website to the footer of the email.
- Button URL: URL link of the button - Note this must include the http:// in the url.
- Show top image: Show an additional image to be displayed on the template. This is below the company logo.
- Top image URL: Link to the image.
Note: Club information on the bottom of the screen is taken from PGM -> Sale -> Companies. The layout of the company’s information will be amended in future versions.
Note: You cannot add text to the "configurable template"
Press Submit to continue.

Yellow tags will be replaced with the user information.
IMPORTANT! Please remember that when you create a custom template during adding automation rule you also need to add some text to this event. The text bar can be under the picture, a little bit hidden. If you only change the template with default text you will be not able to the save event because the system will show you this error "Content template for language 'EN' is empty. We recommend ending the template add the mark "." or you can put some text eg. Thank you or Have a nice day.
