Introduction
The Personal Training (PT) session can be booked by use of the POSweb, PGM, or Client Portal (CP). This article will show you how to enroll your club members to Personal Training session in the POSweb application. It can be done, when a member purchases the PT session at the Front Desk and wants you to book it for them.

How to enroll Member to Personal Training in POSweb?
1. Open the POSweb application.
2. Select the member to book the PT for.
3. Select the Activity type.
In this case, choose PT.
4. Select a free slot in the timetable.
5. Add the member's Name.
6. Choose the PT Product to book the PT session with.
7. Click on the Create button.
If, for any reason, a club member would want to cancel the PT booking, i.e. by calling the Front Desk Staff, just click on the "X" button.
Hints
After booking the PT session, the product will be recognized as used not only on the POSweb -> Access Control -> Products, but also on the Client Portal -> Account -> My products.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any problems with the PT booking, ensure, that every of the below element of the PT configuration is set up correctly.
This may be done by the PG Champion or Club Manager, not the most of the Front Desk Staff.
- Create PT products and packs with specific settings that relate to a Personal Training service (Sales / Products),
- Create a definition of products, which allows booking a session with Trainer,
- Add personal trainers (employees) to PG as well as assign them to a system role which is of ‘Trainer’ type,
- Add photos and descriptions of trainers (Marketing / Employee descriptions),
- Add availability for every Trainer (Classes / Personal Training / Availability Schedule).
