Introduction
The standard procedure allows a member for booking a Personal Training session only having purchased a given Product. However, a possibility exists to configure Personal Training in such a way, that the member or guest could pay for their session afterward. In such a case, there is no need to purchase a product before the training.
- From this article, you will learn how to book a Personal Training session through PGM, without having a product on a state by a member.

Before you start
Ensure that you are able to set up every element of PT configuration:
1. Add Personal trainers / Employees to the PGM and assign the Trainer type role to them.
2. Create PT products and packs with specific settings that relate to Personal Training service (Sales/Product).
3. Create Personal Training "Paid in arrears" definition, which will allow for booking a session with the Trainer.
4. Add availability for every Trainer (Classes / Personal Training / Availability Schedule).
5. Add photos and descriptions of Trainers (Marketing / Employee descriptions).

Instruction
How to book personal training?
1. Go to the PGM -> Classes -> Personal Training --> Personal training calendar.
Then, have a look at the list of available Trainers (their availability is highlighted in brown).
2. Choose a Trainer to book a session with and click on the open time slot you are interested in.
3. Fill in all the necessary information:
- member's name
- PT category
- duration
- starting time
- zone.
4. Click Save and the reservation is made.
5. After completing the training, go to Personal Training Calendar, choose appropriate reservation, a new window will pop up, two cases scenarios are possible - a and b.
a) member in the meantime has not purchased a product
- Click Add product and complete training.
- Fill in the required data - choose a product/service, which you want to charge your customer with.
b) member in the meantime has purchased a product
- Click Use product and complete training, confirm using the product.
