Introduction
Personal training is a 1-to-1 session with a personal trainer that you can offer your members as an additional service. This article is an overview of the Personal Training module within the Perfect Gym System.

Make sure you have access to the Personal Training module. Go to PGM -> Clubs -> Employees -> System permissions.
Feature description
What are personal trainings?
Personal trainings are individual 1-to-1 sessions with a personal trainer that your clients can buy as an additional service in your club. Personal training sessions can enhance your club’s offer, by assisting clients in training. Such activities can differ in participants' skill level and class duration. Personal trainings can also be used as an introduction session for new members. This way new members can familiarize themselves with the gym with assistance from a trainer. All personal trainings require a product to be booked. You need to specify the trainer's availability to make them available to book for your members, which will be later displayed in the personal training calendar in all PG applications.
How can clients book personal trainings?
In Perfect Gym there are 2 applications dedicated to gym members. The web-based Client Portal, and the mobile application Perfect Gym GO. Both can be used to book personal training sessions. To learn about the possibilities go to this article.

Client Portal
In the Client Portal, members who want to book personal training sessions will be able to view the availability of trainers, as well as the list of trainers conducting personal training in the selected club. To learn more about booking options available in the Client Portal visit this article.

How can gym employees book personal trainings?
In Perfect Gym there are two applications dedicated to gym employees. The mobile app PerfectGymPro, and the POSweb which is a reception application dedicated to the Front Desk Staff. Both can be used to book, edit, and manage personal training sessions. To find out more visit this article.

Perfect Gym Pro
Perfect Gym Pro is an application dedicated to personal trainers and fitness instructors. Your employees can use it to manage their calendars, view the upcoming sessions, contact gym members, as well as see all of the information about the club, activities, and members. POSweb
On the POSweb application, Front Desk employees can book, manage, and verify Personal Training sessions booked for the members. To enrol the member in a PT session an employee has to search for the member using a search bar, then filter for personal training, choose the exact trainer and the time at which the member wants the session to be scheduled. The system requires a product previously purchased. If a member doesn’t have one, the system will guide them through the transaction steps, otherwise, the process of booking cannot be completed.
