Instruction
How to delete an Employee in PGM?
1. Go to the PGM -> Employees -> Employees.
2. Click on the Edit button next to the Employee you wish to delete
3. Untick the Active checkbox.
4. Click on the Save button.
The Employee will be marked as inactive. This way, they will not be able to access PGM and will not show up in any other place in the system.
It is highly recommended to delete employees by unticking the Active checkbox and NOT by clicking the trashcan icon on the right hand side. Doing it this way, provides very useful information for the Perfect Gym Support Team when troubleshooting a problem regarding Employees.
