Automation Rule: User Has Attended Class
This rule triggers automatically at the moment a member's attendance is recorded for a class. It’s the perfect tool for engaging with members immediately after their workout, allowing you to send follow-up messages, request feedback, or even award loyalty points for their visit.
- Engage After Class: Automatically send a "thank you for coming" message or a feedback survey right after a class finishes.
- Award Loyalty Points: Instantly reward members with loyalty points for every class they attend, encouraging repeat visits and building loyalty.
- Promote Future Classes: Use the post-class message to inform members about upcoming workshops or other classes taught by the same instructor.
- Enhance the Member Experience: A timely, personalized follow-up message provides a professional touch and shows members you value their participation.
Before You Start
Follow these steps to set up the notification rule.
- Navigate to PGM -> Automation -> Automation Rules.
- Press 'Add automation rule' to create a new rule.
- In the pop-up window:

- SMS: Sends a text message to the member's mobile phone.
- Push notification: Sends a notification to members using your club's mobile app.
- Under Notification Recipients, select who should receive the message. For this rule, you will send the notification to the User (the club member).

- For Email, select a language, add a subject line, and design an engaging email body using the tokens below.
- For SMS and Push notifications, select a language and write a concise message.
