Introduction

Before you start
Make sure the Vouchers are visible on POSweb. If they are not, you have to configure the Vouchers first. You do it in the PGM. Here, you will find the instruction on how to configure a Voucher.
Make sure you have the right system permission enabled on for your role: SystemManager.UserVouchers.Add. Otherwise, Vouchers will not be visible on POSweb.
These actions should be done by the advanced system users and PG Champions.

How to sell Voucher?
1. Select the member you want to sell a voucher to.
2. Choose relevant POS section and select voucher product.
3. Finish the sale by collecting the money.
How to activate Voucher?
1. To use or redeem a Voucher, click Voucher button in POS
2. Enter the Voucher code and click Ok.
If the code is correct, the system will display Voucher's details and option to assign Voucher to a current member.
In the example presented in the interactive video below, the option of assigning the Voucher to a new club member is unavailable, because this Voucher type was configured to be used only by current members or reactivated members. Go to this article to see the Voucher configuration options.
3. Click on Assign to the current club member.
With Perfect Gym, you can activate a Voucher with a card scanner. This functionality is dedicated to the vouchers in form of Member cards. First, such a Voucher needs to be assigned to a card - go to this article for more information on how it's done. If you sell a Voucher and assign it to the card, the first attempt to scan the card will activate the voucher.
