Introduction
There are many Voucher types you can configure to attract your club members and guests. In this article, the configuration of Not-for-Sale type of Voucher will be described. This Voucher type cannot be sold on POSweb. It is ready for use right after its creation. It enables multiple code usage, which means that one Voucher code can be used by a large number of club members, guests or prospects.
In this article, a Not-for-Sale Voucher type will be created. This Voucher will be used for marketing winter season campaign and will assign Contract Discount of -10% available for new club members during their registration. The Voucher code Winter-10% will be provided to new club members. The code can be used by one thousand people.

Instruction
STEP 1
How to Create a Not-for-Sale Voucher type?
1. Go to the PGM ->Marketing -> Client acquisition -> Voucher types
2. Click on the Add new type button.
3. Fill in the following information:
Add new type
- Name - enter the Voucher name.
- Description - enter the description of the Voucher.
- Description translation - (optional) click on the orange arrow and add the correct translation. You can use this option if you want to have the Voucher description in more than one language.
Restrictions
- Voucher sell type - select Not-for-Sale
Period of sale vouchers
- Start date / End date - enter the appropriate dates from the calendar.
Note: Voucher ends at End date 00:00 (exclusive end of the range). End date should be added as "Last day of the sale period" + 1 day.
E.g. if the last date of voucher period of sale should be 13.03, End date should be 14.03.
The period of activation voucher
- Activation start date / Activation end date - choose the dates from the calendar. It means that the Voucher can be activated only during the selected period.
Can be used in club
- Available in all clubs - by default, this checkbox is ticked. If you want to change the availability, untick this checkbox and tick a club of your choice.
Can be used by - tick New members. They will be able to receive or purchase the Voucher while joining the club.
Multiple use of code - tick this checkbox to enable this Voucher for many users.
Use quantity - enter 1000. This is number of times one Voucher can be used.
Benefits
- Voucher assigns Contract Discount - tick this checkbox, enter the name of the already created Contract Discount - i.e. Lower by percent - 10%. Then, select it from the predefined list.
4. Click on the Save button.
STEP 2
How to create Voucher codes?
1. Go to the PGM -> Marketing -> Client acquisition -> Voucher codes
2. Click on the Generate vouchers button.
3. Enter the Voucher type - i.e. Winter promo -10% and select it form the list.
4. Tick the Override with you own code checkbox.
5 In the Code field, enter the Voucher code that will be passed to the Voucher users. In this case, the code is: Winter-10%
6. Click on the Save button to finish the process.
Once the codes have been generated, they will be ready to use.
