How can I make sure a client can no longer use a voucher code?
Below are the available options:
If you delete a voucher code that is already assigned to a user, the related data will no longer appear in reports. Always make sure to remove only unassigned codes.
1. Delete the Voucher Code
If a specific voucher code should no longer be valid, you can delete it.

Navigate to: PGM → Marketing → Client acquisition → Voucher codes

Locate the voucher code you want to remove and delete it.

2. Control the Activation Period
Voucher codes are only valid within their configured activation window.

Check the Activation start date and Activation end date.

Ensure the current date falls outside this range, and the voucher will no longer be usable.
3. Delete the Voucher Type
If you want to remove all codes associated with a specific voucher type permanently:
