Introduction
Referral Voucher is a unique type of voucher used when creating referral campaigns for your club members and guests. There are various scenarios according to which you can award invited people or the members and guests that invite them with different Benefits. Club Access Options: through the reception desk (manually), or by downloading the mobile app and generating a QR code, which will be scanned at the entrance to the club.

- This article describes the steps you need to take to create benefits for inviting and invited users.

Before you start
- To be able to use the Referral campaign module, ask the Perfect Gym Support Team to make it available.
- If you want to use the mobile application contact your PG Sales representative.
The whole Referral campaign configuration process contains of the following steps:
- PART 1: Creating a Product that allows entering the club
- PART 2: Creating Referral Voucher for Inviting user and Invited user - this particularly is the scope of this article
- PART 3: Setting up Referral Campaign including:
- Creating Web-to-Lead form
- Creating Invitation to the club
- Activating the Referral Campaign
- Displaying Referral Campaign in the mobile app
- Receiving and accepting the Invitation to the club
- Visiting club by the Guest and the Invited person
Due to the complexity of the set up process, we recommend that only the advanced system users perform this configuration.

How to create a Referral Voucher?
Step 1. How to set up the Benefit for the Invited user?
1. Go to the PGM -> Marketing -> Client acquisition -> Voucher Types
2. Click on the Add new type button to create a new Referral Voucher.
3. In the Voucher type form, select Referral Voucher.
4. In Voucher recipient, select Invited user.
5. Insert Name and Description - this information can be visible when sending the Voucher to the Invited user.
6. Specify the activation start and end date, they define the period of validity for that voucher - this information can be visible when sending a voucher to the Invited user.
Note: Voucher ends at End date 00:00 (exclusive end of the range). End date should be added as "Last day of the sale period" + 1 day.
E.g. if the last date of voucher period of sale should be 13.03, End date should be 14.03.
7. By default the Available in all clubs setting is turned on, meaning that this voucher can be used in all clubs within the chain. You can uncheck this setting if you want to use the voucher only in selected clubs.
8. Can be used by checkbox is marked by default: by new members and should not be changed as this voucher is for a guest.
9. In the Benefit section, select appropriate benefits, like products or contracts. For example a club entry for a guest depending on how the entry passes are stored in the system. This is the place where you can choose a product as a price by selecting it from the list, if you created products in PGM previously. .

10. Click on Save.
Step 2. How to set up the Benefit for the Inviting user?
As it was in previous step you need to take similar actions.
1. Go to the PGM -> Marketing -> Client acquisition -> Voucher types.
2. Click on Add new type.
3. In the Voucher type form select Referral Voucher type.
4. In Voucher recipient - select Inviting user.
5. Insert Name and Description - this information will be visible in the PGGO mobile app under Referral Program > Prizes tab.
Mind that the number of characters is limited.
6. Activation start and end date define the period of validity for that voucher
Important: even an expired voucher will still be displayed in the mobile app because it might happen that member has successfully referred a friend, but according to the rules that member needs to stay at the club for at least 3 months. Assuming that the guest is still a member after 90 days, but the voucher has expired in the meantime then the members should still be able to claim the benefits from a voucher he got 90 days ago.
7. By default the Available in all clubs setting is turned on, meaning that this voucher can be used in all clubs within the chain. You can uncheck this setting if you want to use the voucher only in selected clubs.
8. Visible checkbox is marked by default: by current members and should not be changed as this voucher is for a member.
9. In Benefit section set up an appropriate benefit i.e. prize for a member.
10. Remember to add an image which will be displayed in the PGGO mobile app under Referral Program > Prizes tab.
11. Click on Save.
