What is MyWellness CRM?
Technogym MyWellness CRM is a digital wellness and CRM platform that supports operators to deliver a holistic user experience. MyWellness is also an Open Platform that integrates with third party platforms, equipment, devices, consumer apps, and wearables, for a seamless connected experience.
The Technogym / MyWellness app is the customer application providing users with a single touch point for both systems, capturing bookings, wellness tracking, facility information, CRM journeys, and more.
What is the scope of integration between MyWellness CRM and PerfectGym?
- Single sign-on to PerfectGym customer portals via MyWellness/Technogym application - The user account is created only once in PerfectGym, and then used by and available on the MyWellness/Technogym app.
- Membership Tags & Segmenting Customers - Tags in MyWellness CRM are associated with membership types in PerfectGym, allowing replication of access levels via automatically populated groups.
- User Filters - Allows centres to choose particular contracts only to send to MyWellness, so you might want to include gym members but exclude learn to swim members. More information on filters can be found here.
- Payments - Allows MyWellness users to make payments via PerfectGym software infrastructure.
- Member Profile - Personal data registered in PerfectGym user account will be available on the MyWellness/Technogym app.
- Visit & Club Activity Data - Every visit to the club and every sports activity taken by the user will be registered within PerfectGym. PerfectGym club visit information is made available in MyWellness CRM for operator reporting/'Who's in' functionality.
