What is Gympass?
Gympass is a third-party software company that allows to access to a large network of gyms - over 43,000 gyms across the World - and pays the gyms per each visit. By integrating, your facility will appear to all Gympass users.
How Gympass works?
The Gympass users are able to choose among different plans and activate the one that fits their needs. To use Gympass, after activating the plan, they will be able to check-in on the facility of their interest. They can go to the gym once a day. Also, the option to add family members exist, so the member can create an account and enroll their family member.
What is the scope of integration between Gympass and PerfectGym?
- PerfectGym Member & Gympass Member connection - member that would like to enter the facility with Gympass account needs to have filled in their Gympass ID in custom attribute in Perfect Gym profile

Syncronization with Access Control - it will allow users to enter facilities using Gympass. If user will do a Gympass check-in in their app, they would be then able to enter the gym. Perfect Gym with each entry will ask Gympass if entry is allowed.

Entry will be successful if the user:
- has an active Gympass account
- did not exceed limits of the Gympass account
- did a check-in on the Gympass app

- Visits & Check-in Data - it means that every visit and check-in made by the user will be registered within the PGM system and sent to Gympass (only entry data).
