Webhooks feature
Webhook is an internet URL called for the event(s) occurring in the system. Using Webhooks and our API makes it possible to integrate with almost any solution, system, or device. Read more. If you want to start using webhooks, please contact PG Support Team.
SSO Microsoft Azure Active Directory
From now, if you're using Azure AD in you company, your employees can authenticate themselves in the PGM and POS application with Microsoft Azure credentials.
What is Azure Active Directory?
The Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) enterprise identity service provides single sign-on and multi-factor authentication to help protect your users from 99.9 percent of cybersecurity attacks.

Assessment tool for Courses
In Courses module in Perfect Gym, used for swimming schools or other group activities, clubs extensively use the "Skills" module to make sure that group participants make progress. With the Assessment tool, it is now easier for trainer to mark progress of group participants. Assessment tool is designed for iPad or other tablets.
Phone number formatting
We have adjusted fields for collecting phone numbers to respect international formats and validation. In every application we have the same way of collecting phone numbers to make sure that each member has their phone number properly saved in the Perfect Gym database.
Automation Center
Changes in events
- Added Payment Plan Type to conditions of actions connected to member`s contract
- Added Product Sold event that will trigger after member buys product
- Configure your own SMTP for Automation Center events
- Invoice number field is now available in Invoice Sent communication
- Added new trigger "Contract Payment Reminder" useful for sending debt collection emails
- Conditions are easier to edit with combo-boxes related to club, payment plan and other objects in Perfect Gym
Loyalty points in Automation center
It is now possible to set up an Automation Center rule to automatically add Loyalty points to a customer, if a certain event occurs. Such event could be i.e. customer's birthday, purchasing a product and more. Read more.
PGM
New member view improvements
New additions and missing features now available in New Member's Profile, include:
- Contract transactions improvements;
- "Add manual transaction" form
- Freeze details and history;
- Managing family relations;
- Ability to search by member card on member list
Product catalogue
Product Catalogue / Categories - this will allow to group products into categories. Categories can contain other categories up to 3 levels down. Those categories can be later used for arranging products in Client Portal and Mobile App. You can find more details in this article.
Personal training booking without product
In general Perfect Gym requires member to have a product to be able to book a Personal Training. Some clubs prefer to take payment for Personal Training after it is conducted, we enabled this option by choosing "Paid in arrears" on Personal Training Definition. Make sure to first enable this possibility in System settings.
PerfectGym GO 2 / White Label Mobile Apps
Goal tracking
Users can set an individual goal such as a weekly number of club visits, kilometers run, daily calories burn or number of steps. Activities can be tracked by PerfectGym or connected devices such as Fitbit, Strava, Polar or Garmin. You can find more details in this article.
Push Notifications history
Users can see all the push notifications received in the mobile app. You can find more details here.
Contract Freezing
Users can freeze a contract from the mobile app thanks to a redirect to the Client Portal (no need to sign in again).

POS
Employee card scan can be required for purchase
As many front-desk employees can use the same computer for day to day operations it is important to have a correct info about which employee conducted specific transaction. Before it could be achieved by logging out and logging in to the system which took time, now you can configure system that each transaction happening needs to be confirmed with a card scan of employee. This way, very quickly you will have a complete information about transaction and you can use it, i.e. for calculating bonuses for your employees.
CRM
- New CRM outcomes - there is one additional CRM Event outcome available called "Completed".
- New configuration interface - since version 81 most of the CRM2 settings are available in a new interface
API
- Member registration link endpoint - this allows to place a link in an external application such as a mobile app that redirects to the Client Portal registration flow.
- Family booking account endpoint - this will allow to book for and manage class booking of linked accounts (children) from 3rd party apps.
- Product categories - this will allow get product catalogues with attributed products
- Photo link is now available in Employee endpoint
- File endpoint to download files connected to member
- Biometric data endpoint for integration with external biometric access control systems
- Transactions endpoint for integration with external financial systems
Facility booking
Book multiple zones at one-time
This solution allows clubs with multi-purpose zones to create a zone hierarchy and respective bookings. Let's imagine a field that can be used as a volleyball court, but also it could be converted to two badminton courts. Right now if you book badminton court system will make volleyball court unavailable from booking and vice-versa booking volleyball court will block two badminton courts from booking.
Payments
- New payment source - Direct Debit can be selected by users without a contract (so far just credit card was available)
- Straal payment gateway screen for collecting credit card data have now better UI
Local changes
CrediCare integration
It is a payment solution operating in Norway. CrediCare deals with payments processing is done in a similar way to the Direct Debit. It also executes invoicing and debt collection. Read more.
Extension of GoCardless integration
Perfect Gym has extended integration with GoCardless. From now, we support GoCardless in Canada and Sweden! Read here about GoCardless integration overview.
HyperPay integration
Perfect Gym has integrated with leading payment provider in MENA region.
JPK changes in Poland
