SEPA payment files meet the latest address requirements
SEPA payment files have been updated to meet the latest address requirements, improving compatibility with banks and reducing payment processing errors. Two new system settings are now available to generate direct debit files in the pain.008.001.08 format. If you use SEPA, check when your bank plans to introduce these changes and enable the relevant settings before the new format becomes mandatory. Learn more.

See which class is skipped when transferring members between courses
When you transfer a club member from one course group to another in the Client Portal, the Warnings window now shows exactly which class would be skipped. The Skip next class option displays the weekday, date, time and name of that class, so the club member can decide with full information. If the schedule of the new group is not available yet, the option says so and skips the first eligible class that is available when the transfer is completed. Learn more.
