Advanced Debt Collection automation
We’ve enhanced the debt collection module by introducing a new token [PREVIOUS_STAGE] that identifies a member's previous collection stage. This allows you to design more dynamic workflows that trigger specific actions based on a member's history, providing a more strategic and personalized approach to payment recovery. Learn more.
Contract freeze flexibility for courses
We’ve added a new setting Contract.Freeze.MembershipContract.SkipRemovingCourseBookings that lets you keep members enrolled in courses even when their membership is frozen. With this update, members can pause their contract without losing their spot in long-term or high-demand courses, creating a smoother and more member-friendly experience. Learn more.

Polish Deposit Return System (Polski System Kaucyjny) in Perfect Gym
We’ve implemented a new feature to support the Polish Deposit Return System, designed to handle the sale and return of deposits for beverage containers like plastic bottles, metal cans, and glass bottles. This configuration enables the proper registration of deposit amounts directly on the POSWeb application, ensuring you can easily manage both the initial charge and the subsequent return of deposits. New permission to manage group schedule copying in Time table
We’ve implemented a new permission that allows you to hide the "copy schedule" option in the Time Table. This update ensures that unauthorized employees cannot create copies for new periods, maintaining operational security and keeping the interface clean for those who do not use group scheduling. New tag added to the User contract has been created automation event
We have introduced the [CONTRACT_SIGNUP_SOURCE] token to the "User contract has been created" automation event. This allows you to distinguish whether a membership was created via the Client Portal or a Tablet/kiosk, enabling you to trigger specific notifications or follow-up actions based on the exact sign-up channel. Improved booking flow for Multiple events booking in Facility Booking
We’ve added a new option to select different dates during the multiple events booking process in the Facility Booking module. Employees can now manage complex bookings in a single workflow by selecting Multiple events booking, allowing them to add multiple dates, zones, and times for one member and confirm all bookings at once. Polish Deposit System Update
We have improved the deposit system to ensure that the Global Discount feature is no longer applied to Kaucja and Zwrot Kaucji products. This refinement ensures correct deposit handling and maintains financial accuracy within the system. Learn more.
