Week 18 - 28.04-03.05.2026
New report - Transactions unprocessed via POSweb
We’ve implemented a new report that eliminates the need to manually reset the Device Integrator for individual clubs to find missing data. This update provides a high-level overview of all your locations, allowing you to quickly identify and resolve gaps in transaction processing. Learn more.
Smart-Load Toggle in E-Commerce
We’ve introduced a "Smart-Load" toggle within the booking module that automatically skips empty periods and directs users to the first available booking date. This ensures a more seamless experience for your members by removing the need to manually hunt through empty weeks in the calendar. Learn more.
Detailed Email Bounce Information
We’ve improved the feedback shown when an email fails to deliver—now clearly indicating when an address is invalid. In the Communication tab on the Member Profile, users will see specific UI messages (“MailboxNotFound”), making it easy to verify that a recipient’s email address no longer exists. Learn more.
Refreshed Access control report
The Access control report has been redesigned with a new interface, along with improvements when choosing one, few or all clubs during preparation of data.

New warehouse inventory view & archived product filtering
We’ve introduced a new Warehouse Inventory view along with enhanced support for archived products. Users can now easily toggle whether archived items are included in inventory lists, providing a cleaner workspace and improving readability during day-to-day operations. Learn more.
Internal code added to product summary report
A new Internal Code column has been added to the Product Summary report. The internal code is a unique identifier assigned in product configuration and used across the Warehouse Module, particularly in stocktake and warehouse documents. Previously, this information was not available in reports. Learn more.

New Interface for Contract Discounts & Premium Pricing
We’ve launched an improved interface for managing contract discounts and premium pricing. The updated design simplifies price adjustments, allowing you to apply discounts or premium rates quickly and efficiently. Learn more.

Improved UI for Archived reports in PGM
We've redesigned the interface for archived reports in the PerfectGym Manager to make it more intuitive. This update allows you to see, search, and download report details in one streamlined view, significantly improving your administrative workflow. Learn more.
Time table anonymization enhancements
We’ve introduced new adjustments to how anonymized data is handled for TimeTable attendance. When the "View sensitive data" permission is enabled, the system now displays only the first letter of the name and surname for participants in class events and courses, ensuring a higher standard of data privacy. Group enrollment transfer to other club
We have enhanced cross-club transfers in the Client Portal by adding a new protective validation layer. Transfers are now only permitted if the destination club hosts the same enrollment rule as the source group, which guarantees that all original pricing and refund policies remain valid at the new location.
