New contract discounts view

Introduction

In Perfect Gym, you can adjust your members’ contract prices by applying contract discounts or premium pricing. Discounts allow you to reduce prices using either percentage or fixed amounts, or by setting a fixed membership fee. Premium pricing enables you to increase prices for specific members. This article explains the new interface for managing Contract Discounts and Premium Pricing, highlighting new features and differences from the old view.

• To switch to the new Contract Discount/Premium Pricing view, please contact Perfect Gym Support and request to enable the setting: Contract.Discount.NewContractDiscountView.Enabled = True.

Note that all previously created contract discounts remain unchanged. The old contract discount view is still available, and any fields removed in the new view can still be managed there.

Feature description

The new view contains two screens:

1. Contract Discounts List

   • Displays all discounts assigned to clubs you manage or globally to all clubs.

   • Filters are available by activity status (active/inactive) and by discount name.

   • Employees can add new discounts, edit existing discounts (if permissions allow), delete discounts not assigned to contracts, or quickly deactivate discounts.

2. Add/Edit Contract Discount

   • This screen allows you to create new discounts or modify existing ones.

   • It looks and behaves like the old view, so existing guides and processes still apply.

   • If discounts are assigned to active contracts, they will appear under the Assigned contracts recalculation section.

     • To apply the updated discount to all contracts, check the Confirm recalculation checkbox before saving.

What's new

Here are new and improved features:

• Ability to deactivate contract discounts directly from the list view:

  1. Find the discount you want to disable.

  2. Click the “…” menu on the right-hand side.

  3. Select Deactivate.

  4. A confirmation notification will appear after successful deactivation.

• Improved search functionality across all fields allows searching by any part of the discount’s name.

• Discounts and Payment Plans displayed are now automatically filtered to show only those linked to clubs assigned to the employee.

What's removed

In the new Add/Edit Contract Discount screen, these options and sections have been removed:

• “Available only with promo code” checkbox and the Promo Code section.

• “Only available with start packages” checkbox and the Start Packages section.

• “Only after product purchase” checkbox and the Products section.

 These settings can still be modified in the old contract discount view.
