Introduction
When processing payments via a payment terminal, POSWeb may occasionally lose communication with the device or experience a response delay. To handle these situations smoothly, the application offers two different flows: a regular flow that requires manual confirmation and a simplified flow that automatically fetches error information and asks to retry the payment.

Feature description
The POSWeb update changes how the application behaves when there are problems communicating with the payment terminal. Depending on your club's configuration, you will experience one of the two flows described below.
1. Regular Flow
This is the default system behavior. When a connection issue occurs, the system displays two separate windows that require manual intervention:
Manual Confirmation: The cashier must physically check the terminal screen and select whether the payment ended with SUCCESS or FAILURE in the POSWeb interface.
Retry Prompt: If the cashier selects FAILURE, a second window appears asking if the user would like to retry the payment.
2. Simplified Flow
To use it, you must enable the Show terminal's payment problem confirmation setting in PGM → Settings → System Settings.
When the system reaches an operation timeout with the terminal in this mode:
The system bypasses the "SUCCESS/FAILURE" selection window entirely.
A single window is displayed immediately, informing the user that the timeout was reached.
The system asks: "Would you like to retry payment?", allowing for a faster resolution of the error.

Check Hardware First: If you frequently see timeout messages, check your internet connection and ensure the terminal cables are securely plugged in.
Support Request: When contacting support to enable the simplified flow, please specify which POS stations or clubs should have this feature activated.
