Introduction
After migration, you can reset a member’s password in two ways. Members can erase their current password in the Client Portal and set a new one themselves, or an admin can delete the existing password in PGM and assign a new password manually. This ensures that old passwords are fully removed and securely replaced.

Once the migration to the Perfect Gym system is complete, bulk resets are no longer available. Passwords can be managed individually in two ways: Member Self-Service reset or admin reset via PGM.
1. Member self-service Reset
Members can reset their password directly through the Client Portal:

Go to the Client Portal and select Forgot Password on the login page.

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
2. Admin reset via PGM
Admins can reset a member’s password manually in the PGM system:

Open the member’s profile in PGM.

Go to the Data tab.

Click the three dots icon.

Select Member’s Password and set a new password.
