Introduction
Perfect Gym allows you to send automatic notifications with contract agreements added as a dynamic attachments. These attachments are automatically saved to the member’s profile, enabling you to easily track which documents have been sent and view them within the system whenever needed.

1. PGM / Settings / System Settings
2. Automation Center tab → Notifications
3. Email attachments → Check Save agreement documents generated as attachments on user profile
4. Click Save changes
Before you start
Make sure you have Automation Center notifications configured to send contract agreement documents as email attachments. Learn more.
Verify, if you have the necessary permissions to access the Communication tab in the member's profile.
Go to Clubs -> System permissions and find the following permissions:
- Users
- User details
- Communication
- View
- Communication
- User details
Instruction
When enabled, this feature saves contract agreement documents to a member’s profile only if the file hasn’t already been created for that specific contract. If an agreement document already exists, the system won’t create a new one — it will simply reattach the existing document when sending the notification. This prevents duplicates and keeps the member’s file history clean and accurate.
How to enable auto-saving of agreement attachments
1. Go to PGM / Settings / System Settings
2. Click the Automation Center tab
3. Navigate to the Notifications section
4. In the Email Attachments area, check the box:

5. Click Save changes
Where to find saved Agreement Documents
If the feature is enabled, the contract agreement file will appear automatically in the member’s profile.
1. Go to PGM / Clients / Club Members
2. Choose a member and go to the Data tab
3. Look under User Files to see the saved document
How to view attachments from Automation notifications
Even if the feature isn’t enabled, all email attachments sent via Automation Center are still accessible through the Communication tab in a member’s profile.
To check the sent attachments:
1. Go to PGM / Clients / Club Members
2. Select the member and click on the Communication tab
3. Find and click on the Notification Subject
4. A pop-up window will open. You will see all attached documents listed under Attachments
