Perfect Gym helps you keep sensitive member data secure. To properly apply security measures that fit your business needs, member bank account details are masked by default in Perfect Gym Manager. This article explains how bank account details are presented and how you can manage their visibility.

Navigate to Clubs → Employees → System permissions.

Find the permission: Users / User Details / Payment Sources / User Detail View Bank Account Number.

Check the box to grant permission.

Save changes.

By default, the system will show masked bank account details to protect your members' sensitive information.
This masking is applied in several key areas within PGM:

In the Payment Sources View on a member's profile.

When editing a contract that includes payment details.

In refund requests.
-
When adding new banking details if previous ones are already saved.
How to enable full bank account visibility for an Employee
If you need certain staff members, like your finance team, to see the full, unmasked bank account numbers, you can grant them permission. This is managed at the user role level.
To unmask bank account numbers for a specific role:

Go to PGM → Clubs → Employees.

Select the user role you want to modify (e.g., Finance Manager).

Click on the Permissions tab.

In the permissions tree, navigate to Users → User Details → Payment Sources.

Find and check the box for the permission named User Detail View Bank Account Number.

Click Save.
Employees assigned to this role will now be able to see the full, unmasked bank account details in all the areas mentioned above.
