Client Portal – Contract upgrade now supports automatic payment method reuse
Members who already have an active payment method assigned to their profile can now skip the payment selection step when upgrading their contract in the Client Portal. The system automatically applies the existing payment source to the upgraded contract, reducing friction and making the upgrade process faster. To enable this feature, configure the ClientPortal.Contract.UseCurrentPaymentSourceOnUpgrade setting. Learn more.

Client Portal - Right of withdrawal for online contracts
Members can now withdraw from eligible contracts signed online directly in the Client Portal. This new feature supports compliance with EU consumer protection requirements and provides a simple, self-service withdrawal process. Learn more.
Bill Run Notifications - New automation events
We've introduced new automation events for Bill Runs, allowing teams to receive notifications when a bill run reaches key statuses. Configure automated email, SMS, or push notifications for events such as Awaiting Acceptance, Generation Error, and Direct Debit File Generated, helping users stay informed throughout the billing process. Refreshed Report Views
As part of our ongoing report standardization initiative, we've updated the generation screen for the Contract Visits In Period report to provide a more consistent and streamlined user experience. Learn more.
