Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF) – now live for large entities
As of 1 February 2026, Perfect Gym supports the mandatory integration with the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF) for large entities (businesses with turnover exceeding PLN 200 million in the previous year).
The solution enables the issuance and exchange of structured electronic invoices in compliance with Polish Ministry of Finance regulations and follows the official national rollout schedule.
What’s included:
Automatic generation of compliant XML e-invoices based on the current KSeF FA(2) schema
Direct submission of e-invoices from PGM to the KSeF platform
Automatic receipt and storage of KSeF-assigned invoice numbers
Integration architecture prepared for the future transition to the FA(3) schema
Upcoming rollout:
April 1, 2026 – KSeF will become mandatory for all remaining entities. Learn more.
New API endpoint for facility booking
We’ve introduced a new integration between Facility Booking and Contract Charges/Transactions via the odata/facilityBookings API endpoint. This enhancement returns both TransactionId and ContractChargeId, making it easier to create and manage contract charges for facility bookings through API integrations. Learn more.
New option to add the number of attendees during facility booking
The facility booking flow has been enhanced to allow the number of attendees to be specified during the booking process. This improvement helps front desk teams better prepare equipment and resources for bookings where multiple users share the same facility. Learn more.
