Introduction
This article will show you how to move the end date of a Contract. It will be useful i.e. when, due to a sickness, a club member is unable to participate in classes, or in cases when, due to a certain reason, the club is unavailable for members and you would like to extend their contract until the club reopening. You can as well change the contract end date to add a new Contract date.
You will find a predefined list of reasons for moving the contract end date in point 5 of the instruction below.

Instruction
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members
2. Find a chosen member on the list and open their Profile.
3. Click on the Contracts tab.
4. Select the More button - three dots icon.
5. Select the applicable Reason of cancellation - optional.
6. Click on the Move end date option.
7. Select a new End date from the calendar.
8. Click on the Save button to confirm.
