Introduction
Editing a member's Contract is one of the key operations you can perform on the Member Profile in the PGM system.

- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Sales Manager, Club Manager, Administrator and Club Owner.
Instruction
How to edit Contract in PGM?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club Members.
2. Select a member from the list and open their Profile.
3. Click on the Contracts tab.
4. Click on the Edit button.
Here, you can change the following data:
- Sign date - change the Sign date of the Contract.
- Start date - change the Start date of the Contract.
- Payment method - add a new Contract payment method.
- Recurring Payment Day - optional
Mind that this option is available from R. 85 system version! If you want to use the Recurring Payment Day option, go to PGM -> Settings -> General settings -> Membership -> Contracts and turn this setting on: Contract.RecurringPaymentDayIsVisibleInContract
- Payment plan - change the Payment Plan.
5. Click on the Done button to save the changes.
Hints
To see the information about all the changes made on this Contract, including the Contract upgrade, go to the Data tab and click on the Changes tab. Here, you will also see the new End date change.
