Introduction
In case you want to change the already created Contract Freeze of an individual club member, you can find this option in the Contracts tab on the Member Profile in the PGM.
- This article shows how to edit an already created Contract Freeze in terms of changing its Start date, End date and Reason of freeze.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager and Club Owner.
Remember that all changes made in the Start date and End date of the Contract have impact on Contract transactions and are related to Accounting processes! We do not recommend to edit Freezes that have already ended.
Before you start
Make sure you are familiar with the Freeze definitions and you are aware of all changes that may occur when editing a Contract Freeze.
Instruction
How to edit Contract Freeze?
- Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club Members.
- Select the member from the list and enter their Profile.
- Go to the Contracts tab.
- Click on the Freeze icon.
- Click on the Added tab.
- Select the Freeze and click on the Edit icon.
- Change the Freeze start date, Contract reactivation date or the Reason of freeze according to your preference.
- Click on the Save changes button.
