Introduction
This article will show you how to delete a member account from the system. It is very useful for employees who are responsible for managing members' contracts.
As a result of this action, you can achieve two things:
1. Delete a member's contract and convert the member's account into a guest account, i.e. in case a mistake in contract creation occurred,
2. Delete a member's contract and remove the account permanently, i.e. in case the member's account has been inactive for a very long period of time.
Performing this last action, you have to be sure that you really want to remove permanently the account and all data connected to it.

Before you start
Mind that the option to delete members' accounts might be restricted to specific business roles in your club, i.e. PG Champion, Administrator, Club Manager or Club Owner.
Check first, if you have all the necessary system permissions to remove a member's account. If you want to add new system permissions to your role, contact your system administrator, or go to this article and follow the instructions.
Instruction
1. Go to the PGM ->Clients -> Clients -> Club Members
2. Select the member from the list and enter their Profile.
3. Select the Contracts tab.
4. Click on the More icon with "..." three dots.
5. From the menu, select Delete.
6. Type "DELETE" and confirm by clicking on the Delete contract button.
This action has converted the club Member to a Guest - which means a member without a contract. You will still be able to access this account from the list. If this is the result you wanted to achieve, stop here.
7. After this conversion, if you still want to permanently delete this account from the system, return to the Club member list view at Clients -> Club Members, locate the member in question, and click on the "..." three dots icon at the end of the line.
8. Confirm with clicking on Delete. The account will be permanently removed from the system.
IMPORTANT! You will not be able to delete contract if there are existing transactions on the account. First, remove the existing transaction from the Transactions tab. You can also make a Refund to the client. Go to this article for more information.
