Automation Center
Changes in Events
- Streaming Link Tag in User has booked class Event was added.
Streaming Link Tag will be useful to all clients that offer online classes and place the online class URL in the class detail. When a club has an Automation rule set to notify users about upcoming classes, this feature will enable them inserting the link to online class in the Automation Center Event User has booked class. This way, the recipients will get the link to that class directly in the e-mail content so that they could prepare in advance to the class. This tag works exactly the same as in another Automation Center Event - Class has started.
- Class category name token in Class-related events was added.
Class category name token was recently added to all class-related Automation Center Events. It can help Club Manager to customize communication based on class category name. As a result, the club can improve communication with its members.
Automation Center for CRM
- New Lead created Notification for employees - Now, an employee can be notified about a new Lead created.
- Notifications for Leads - Now, when a lead will be created, they can receive a notification, i.e. welcome e-mail.
- Meeting Reminder Notification - Now, a club using a CRM can remind their employees and leads of upcoming meetings automatically.
- Meeting Confirmation Notification - Now, both the employee and the lead can receive a meeting booking confirmation e-mail.
- Meeting Cancellation Notification - Now, the employee and the lead can receive a meeting booking confirmation e-mail.
PerfectGym GO 2 / White Label Mobile Apps
Perfect Score Points v2 Points with achievement levels
Thanks to this new functionality, mobile app users can collect activity points for visits and climb the activity levels.

POS
Adding Tax ID on receipt improvements
This solution enables you to print Tax ID number on a receipt. It can be very handy to club Front Desk staff, especially in the Polish market, due to the current Polish Tax Law amendments allowing for simplified VAT invoice issue up to certain amount, in form of a receipt with Tax ID number on it. This feature is available for all Perfect Gym customers.

CrediCare UI in PGM - Norway
You can preview all key operations made on e-invoices send to CrediCare, i.e.: list of invoices, credit notes, payments from Credicare, payments send to CrediCare.

Arabic translations in Client Portal 2
We have introduced right to left layout in the Client Portal 2, as a result of which Client Portal translations into Arabic are now possible to the clients in MENA region.
JPK Legal Changes - Poland
This solution allows you to add GTU codes on invoices which are required by Polish Tax Law.

Refunds for CloudPayments - Russia and Kazakhstan
Refund functionality was added to the integration with CloudPayments, which is very popular among Perfect Gym clients in Russia and Kazakhstan. This new solution will make payments management much easier on this market.
Introducing E-invoice in Hungary
According to the Hungarian Fiscal Authority (NTCA) regulations, when an invoice is created, it has to be uploaded to the NTCA servers immediately. In order to meet this requirement, an integration with a third party system was made. It acts as a connector between PerfectGym and NTCA and is responsible for transferring the data received from PerfectGym to NTCA servers enabling immediate communication.
