API v2
Mind that API v1 will be switched off by July 2022. All customers using it need to switch to API v2. Go here for more information.
API v2 - New Endpoints Added
- /v2/MembershipAddons - this endpoint allows to list all add-ons that could be assigned to Payment Plans and Contracts. Go here for more information.
- /v2/Contracts/AddContract - this endpoint allows to add a new Contract to an existing user. It doesn’t modify the existing Contract though. For this endpoint to work, the user account has to be already created in the system. Go here for more information.
- /v2/Clubs - the Clubs endpoint was extended with the Symbol field. Go here for more information.
Automation Center
Thanks to adding the Class category name to the Automation Center, it is now possible to differentiate your communication based on the class category.
Client Portal
Shopping Tab
A new Shop tab has been added to the Client Portal main page to provide an intuitive and user-friendly way of Product purchase. It allows to enter two independent tabs: Buy now and My purchases. This feature is available for all Perfect Gym customers. You can find more information in this article.
Voucher Discounts
Now, it is possible to add a Product discount by use of a Voucher code during Product purchase in the Client Portal 2. This feature will be especially useful for club members already registered on the Client Portal 2, who would like to buy Products there with a Voucher code. Courses
- Copying group schedule - this option allows to copy a full semester with enrollments. See this article to learn more.
- Assessments - this module allows to assess members within the Course module and promote them to a new class. This also allows the trainer to be able to ‘book’ or ‘denote’ a group member to be assessed on a specific class / date. See this article for more information.
- Clear expired group pre-reservations - allowing to keep order and update your member's pre-reservations.
- Discounts - this option allows to use Contract discount for Courses in the same way as for regular Contracts.
Member Profile
Changing a member's home club option has been enabled lately on the Member Profile. For more information, go to this article.
Keep in mind, that the Member Profile has been updated lately and that the Deprecated Member Profile will soon be decommissioned! Make sure you learn how to use the Member Profile in advance and go to the new e-Learning course!
Early Termination Fee - Changing Tax Rate
It is now possible to change the tax rate value during an Early Termination Fee set up on Payment Plans. However, before using this feature, make sure this kind of operation is allowed in your country by your tax law authorities. Local changes
CrediCare - Settle payments from the deviation list - Norway
The deviation list has been added. Thanks to this option, outstanding payments can be settled manually from the deviation list. For more information, check this article.
