Introduction
This article will describe how the Automation rules for Freezes operate, and the different ways you can use them during a lockdown.
Before you start
You will need access PGM->Automation ->Automation Rules.
Instruction - Pausing rules
In Event field search for the following event which could trigger while a lockdown is in progress.
- User account has been frozen
- User freeze is ending
- Last club visit
- User contract has ended
- Contract payment due
- Product expiration due
Press Edit on each rule.
Press Off to pause the rule and press Save.
When lockdown ends, you can turn back on the rules you have paused.
Instruction - Using conditions in Automation rules
For the following automation rules, you may wish to prevent the rules from triggering based on the Freeze Type used. In Event search for one of these two rules:
- User account has been frozen
- User freeze is ending
Press Edit and scroll down to conditions.
- Match type - Select Match all. This will allow both conditions to be excluded.
- Token - Select [FREEZE_TYPE].
- Condition - Select Not equals.
- Value - Enter in the name of the freeze type you plan to use. This must be exactly the same name listed in PGM->Sale->Freeze Types.
