In this article you will learn how to add a sender name to an email sent directly from a member's profile.

- PGM / Clients / Clients / Club Members
- Open a member's profile and click Send Email/SMS.
- Select Email as the channel.
- Fill in the From Name field.
Instruction
The From Name field is available when composing an email from a member's profile. It lets you specify the name that appears as the sender in the member's inbox.
- Navigate to PGM / Clients / Clients / Club Members.
- Select a member from the list and open their profile.
- Click the Send Email/SMS button in the top-right corner.
- Select Email as the message channel.
- In the From Name field, type the sender name you want the member to see.
The From Name field is only available when Email is selected as the channel. It is not available for SMS messages.
Email From field
The Email From field — shown alongside From Name — specifies which email address the message is sent from. This is configured in PGM / Automation / From Email configuration. If you leave this field empty, the default email address is used.
