Introduction
This article will show you how to configure notifications in Automation so that it sends password reset emails in B2B Portal.
More information about Automation can be found in this article.
Before you start
- There should be one automation rule for the Corporate account has been created event in the system, at least.
- Members created through B2B portal should be activated. There will be no possibility to send a password reset email without member activation. You can't activate a member without having the automation rule mentioned in point 1.
Instruction
- Go to the PGM -> Automation -> Automation Rules.
- Click on the Add Automation Rule button.
- Add the name of a new Automation Rule.
- Select an Action you want to perform - choose Notification.
- Select the Event that will trigger the selected Action - choose Corporate password reset has been requested.
- Additional 3 sections will appear to be filled in: Conditions, Action details and Notification content.
- Go through the following sections:

- NOTIFICATION RECIPIENTS - choose CompanyUser

Notification content
- In this section, press Add content template, thanks to which you will be transferred to the Content template window.
It is recommended to fill in all the empty fields in this window, one by one, as they will display.
- LANGUAGE - choose the language in which the content of your message will be created
- SUBJECT - fill in the subject field of your message that the customers will receive
- TEMPLATE - choose a message template that was created by us earlier, if not then you can find more information in this article
- CONTENT - fill in the content field of your email. Tags that you could put in your message: EXPIRATION_TIME_HOURS - validity time of the link sent in the message content, RESET_PASSWORD_LINK - a link thanks to which the customer can restart his password.

"Dear Club Member!
Go to the address provided to set a login password: [[RESET_PASSWORD_LINK]]
The validity time of the address is: [[EXPIRATION_TIME_HOURS]]h from the moment of sending this message.

8. Click Save to return to the Add automation rule window.
9. Click Save.
