API v2
Mind that API v1 will be switched off by July 2022. All customers using it need to switch to API v2. Go here for more information.
Currently, we have introduced changes within the following endpoints:
- Api/v2/Contracts/AddContract and Api/v2/Contracts/AddContractMember - these endpoints were extended with the ContractVoucherData.
Payment providers
FONDY - Credit Card Recurring Payments
Perfect Gym extended integration with the Fondy Payment Provider for Ukraine and the Russian region by recurring card payments. This integration covers: payment gateway payments, card tokenization, recurring payments and ad-hoc payments with a saved card.
SIX Payments Terminal Integration / Espago Terminals
Due to the PSD2 requirements, Perfect Gym updated integration with WordLine (formerly SIX Payments) card payments terminals. Integration is offered through Espago Terminals solution. This integration covers: basic terminal Integration (payment request, payment result) and card tokenization (for further recurring payments via Espago). Debt Collection
Perfect Gym introduced a new Debt Collection module in the PGM, which allows you to streamline your collection process of overdue receivables by automatic: charging fees, canceling contract, blocking access to the club, adding tags and many more. Member Profile
Club transfer - Force transfer
If your club member would like to change their home club, you can now use the Force type option. It will allow for transferring a member to another club. You can transfer the membership like-for-like from club A to club B, retaining the original Contract start date, Contract end date and the Commitment dates. See this article for more information.
Payment Source improvements
Now, it is possible to generate Credit card or Direct debit Agreements straight from the Payment Source tab. Also, a possibility to assign a payment source to any of the member's Contracts has been added.
The Add new bank card view in the Payment Source section, has gained two important fields: Bank name, which means the bank card issuer, and Choose the bank card type, which means credit card or debit card. These two fields will be visible according to the settings configuration. See this article for more information.
Overriding booking limits by contract extras (membership add-ons)
Contract extras [previously called Membership add-ons] can have a form of a Product or Service, which can be automatically added to the Contract. This new feature allows overriding global booking limits and class category booking limits for every Contract associated with these Contract extras [membership add-ons]. The reason for cancellation is visible in the member profile
The new information, Cancel reason, has been added to the Member profile. The reason for cancellation is be visible under the End Date tool-tip in the Member profile.
Clear all filters option
Perfect Gym has added the icon to clear all filters on the Data grid. We have also made an UI change that improves the user experience.
Perfect Gym GO2 Mobile App
Personal Training
Perfect Gym has added functionality for Personal Training booking in the Perfect Gym GO2 mobile app. It is possible now to book Personal Training via mobile app. See this article for more information.
