Automation events - Access Control

Event is triggered automatically, for each user that was recently in the club.

Available tokens for this event:

• VISITED_CLUB_NAME - club name
• ENTRY_DATE - entry date and time
• TOTAL_CLUB_VISITS_COUNT - total number of visits (not only in this club)
• DAYS_AFTER_CONTRACT_START_COUNT - number of days since Start date of the current contract until today

Sends a notification after a user (member or guest) has visited the club.

• You can also add a parameter that sends an notification to the member or guest after each 100 visits in the club thanking them or giving them a special offer.
• You can add a parameter that sends a notification to the parents when their child (minor) has visited the club. 

Event is triggered automatically, for each user that was recently in the club.

Event is triggered either weekly - every Monday - or monthly - on the 14th day of a month.

Available tokens for this event:

• STATISTICS_START_DATE, STATISTICS_END_DATE - for what period data was collected
• STATISTICS_FREQUENCY - the type of task frequency
• USER_FIRST_NAME - first name of the member
• USER_LAST_NAME - last name of the member
• USER_NAME - full name of the member
• TOTAL_CLUB_VISITS_COUNT - all visits until statistics end date
• CLUB_VISITS_COUNT_IN_PERIOD - visits in period statistics start date - end date

Sends a notification to a user with information how many times they have visited the club within a given month.

Event is triggered automatically, for each member who visited the club other than their home club on a given day.

Event is triggered in the morning (6:15 am).

This event must be used with time offset of type After with at least 1 day offset.
