Introduction
Loqate is a real-time address validation and verification solution that allows you to capture and verify addresses. In PGM, the Loqate integration enables address lookup using postal codes. We recommend using Loqate in countries where postal codes cover very small areas, such as Great Britain or the Netherlands.

- To enable the integration, login to Loqate and obtain your API key. Then navigate to PGM -> System settings -> Integrations, enable integration and provide API key:

Address quality assessment
Our integration also includes address quality assessment. Loqate integration enables us to assess whether the provided address is correct on the scale from A to E.
Address Quality Index
The Address Quality Index (AQI) is used to indicate the quality of an address, e.g., Excellent quality, Good quality, Average quality, Poor quality, and Bad quality. Any record that can be processed will have an AQI.
Two factors determine the quality of an address: the level of verification after processing and the match score.

| B | Good | Verifiable to at least Thoroughfare level with minor changes | >=3 | >=95 |

| D | Poor | Only verifiable to at least Locality level with more than moderate changes | >=2 | >=80 |
| E or Empty | Bad | If an address is unable to be parsed, the AQI can be empty. | else | else |
To enable quality assessment, go to PGM -> System Settings -> Integrations, find the Loqate section, and check the Is Enabled option, as well as Enable user's address quality assessment.

From now on, any user address provided will be verified. You can see the address quality index on the user's profile in PGM under Members -> Member Profile -> Data.
