Mobile check-in with Smart Tile is a feature that allows club members to enter the club without plastic cards.

Before you start
Mobile check-in via QR code scanning must be set up first, otherwise, the "Scan QR code" tile will not be visible on the mobile app dashboard. Contact the PerfectGym Support Team and ask them to enable this feature for you.
Feature description
How does Mobile Check-in via QR code work?
A member (the app user) goes to the club, opens the app, and scans the QR code located at the turnstile for themselves or their family member (if the Family & Friends feature is enabled at the club) by tapping the Scan QR Code tile.
After scanning the QR code, they can enter the club.
Instruction
How to scan a QR code??
1. Open the Perfect Gym Go mobile app and navigate to the Home screen, then tap the Scan QR Code tile.
2. This will launch the QR code scanner screen. If this is your first time using the feature, the app may prompt you to allow camera access.
3. Grant camera permission. If prompted, allow the app to access your device’s camera.
If camera access is denied, the scanner will not function, and a popup will inform you of this.
4. Once camera access is granted, you can proceed to scan the QR code.
5. Position the camera so that the QR code at the turnstile fits within the scanner's viewfinder area (1). The app will automatically detect and scan the code.
6. If lighting conditions are poor, tap the torch icon to turn on the flashlight and improve visibility (2).
7. If the Friends & Family module is enabled at your club, you’ll be able to select a family member and open the gate for them.
8. A carousel of linked family member profiles will appear at the bottom of the screen (3). Swipe and select the profile of the family member you want to allow access for.
9. Scan the QR code with the selected profile active.
QR Code Scan Results
Once the QR code is scanned, there are two possible outcomes:
1. Success

If the scan is valid and the user (or selected family member) has the appropriate permissions, a success modal will appear. The turnstile or gate will open, granting entry to the club or designated zone.
2. Failure

If the scan is technically successful but the user does not have the correct permissions or a system error occurs, a failure popup will appear. The gate will remain closed, and the user will need to seek assistance.
