Introduction
One of the feature included in the integration within Loquate and Perfect Gym Solutions is Bank Validation service, which lets you query whether UK account number & sort code combinations are valid.
Before you start
Please note, this integration is an additionally paid feature. For more details, please contact our Sales team.
- To enable the integration, you should obtain your API key from PG representatives.
- Then navigate to PGM -> System settings -> Integrations, enable integration and provide API key:
- and mark setting Integrations.Loqate.BankAccount.IsValid,
- additionally: Provided country symbol attached to account number and sort code needs to be set to “GB"
Feature description
There are several places for validation of the bank account details added:
- Customer portal. Whenever customer changes the bank account details, the validation will be used. If the member adds invalid details, the communication will be displayed.
In Customer Portal details are presented with no separation of sort code and account number
2. Perfect Gym Manager. When bank account details are added during adding or edit new payment source, the validation will indicate if the bank code is invalid and doesn't let save incorrect data
