New Features
New franchise module
We're introducing a new Franchise module that enables franchise clubs to use Perfect Gym. It automates fixed and royalty fee calculations, supports custom charge plans, tracks balances, generates invoices, and provides a comprehensive financial overview. Additionally, it allows data imports and offers flexible statement corrections. Read more.
Saudi Arabia e-invoicing ZATCA integration rollout
We have successfully integrated Perfect Gym with the ZATCA e-invoicing platform, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia’s fiscal requirements. This integration ensures that all sales are properly reported in real-time and invoices contains standardized QR codes. Read more.
Flexible contract cancellation in Debt Collection module
You can override standard cancellation rules within the debt collection process. In the Perfect Gym Manager Automation Center, PG Champion can now enable immediate contract cancellation for specific stages by configuring two new options, Immediate contract termination and Move future contracts end date to today. This enhancement allows for greater flexibility in managing overdue accounts, bypassing standard cancellation periods when needed. Read more
Enhanced automation for Free Pass conversions
We've improved existing notifications User contract has ended and User has visited the club by adding new tags and capabilities, giving you more flexibility in engaging leads. You can now send automated messages about free guest passes, making it easier to convert leads into full-time members. Learn more.
Accounting Codes for EzyPay
As a club manager/ owner you can now differentiate your card fees in EzyPay integration and match them with specific transactions. You can complete the setup directly from the configuration of payment plans and match them with specific accounting codes. Read more.
Adjustment to Loqate integration: adding 'state' in address validation
To improve the accuracy of address look-ups, we've incorporated the state into the address validation process using Loqate service. This enhancement will provide you and your clients with more precise data and reduce the occurrence of invalid entries. Read more
GoCardless integration: custom notifications via PG Automation
We've enhanced our GoCardless integration with custom notifications managed through PG Automation. This gives you more control over branding and messaging, allowing tailored communication — either with or alongside the regular messages your customers receive. Learn more
Improvements
Report updates: streamlined data & performance improvements
We've refined selected reports by removing the column containing the last denial message from payment providers. This change ensures reports focus on relevant data while enhancing system performance. The updates apply to the following reports: Accounting Debtors, Direct debit auhorisations, Membership statistics ( "Last provider message"), POS memberships transactions and All Members. Details of unsuccessful transactions can still be reviewed in the E-Payments Log report.
