Week 31 - 29.07.2025
Provide commitment end date in the contract details API response
We have improved the Perfect Gym API. You can now easily retrieve the Commitment End Date directly from the /Contracts and /Contracts/{Key} API endpoints. This information is also available in all endpoints that support $expand=contracts. It helps you apply the correct business rules for renewals, downgrades, upgrades, and cancellations. Learn more.
New data points available in DWH
Our ETL process has been extended to include a new table, FactCustomerTransactionCorrectionDetail, in the Data Warehouse. This table provides a crucial link between correction entries and original contract transactions, empowering the Accounting team to accurately process debt write-offs by associating them with the correct revenue types. Restricting contract selection to one active contract in the payment plan configuration view
We have extended the existing payment plan-level setting "Limit the ability to choose a contract for the Club Member" by introducing a new variable: Concurrent. This setting ensures that a club member can have only one active additional contract at a time, helping you maintain clearer contract rules and avoid overlapping memberships. Learn more
Masked payment details in Refund Requests for added security
To enhance data protection, bank account details in refund requests are now masked. This adds an extra layer of security to protect your members’ payment information. Learn more.

Perfect Gym Manager: User Interface & Security Updates
We've upgraded the Telerik UI component to its latest version, bringing a refreshed look to Perfect Gym Manager. You'll notice subtle layout changes to graphic elements such as picklists, buttons, and fields.
This upgrade also includes important security patches to address several vulnerabilities within the Perfect Gym System, enhancing its overall security. Learn more.
Enhancements in GoCardless integration: mandate cancellation and mandate expiration
We’ve improved how mandate cancellation and mandate expiration are displayed in the member’s profile. Additionally you may now configure separate notifications, based on these events to send proper communication from Perfect Gym to ensure that valid payment sources will be added by your members. Clearer identification of chargebacks and late failures in GoCardless integration
We’ve improved how chargeback transactions are displayed in the E-Payments tab on a member’s profile. You can now easily identify chargebacks and late failures to improve payment tracking. Learn more.
Week 28 - 08.07.2025
Contract cancellation with Electronic Signature
We've improved the process for cancelling memberships. Previously, it wasn’t possible to capture a customer’s signature during contract cancellation. Now, when cancelling a main or additional contract using a tablet in the club, the system shows a cancellation form (RDLC) and captures the customer’s electronic signature. This helps confirm that the customer agrees to the cancellation and any related fees. Learn more.
