Migration to the new Knowledge Base platform
We’ve moved our Knowledge Base to a new platform designed to make finding information faster and easier. The new experience offers improved reliability and more accurate search results. Starting this week, all new articles will be published in the new Knowledge Base. Existing links in the old platform will automatically redirect to the new versions of the corresponding articles. Get Support module updates
Following our transition to a new support platform, several changes have been introduced to the Get Support module. The Chatbot is now available to all clients for immediate assistance. We've also added a new Internal Escalation status to provide better transparency on support cases. Additionally, employees are now required to have an active email address assigned in PGM to submit a case. Learn more.
Automation center enhanced security: strong file encryption
The Automation Center now offers a new system-generated, strong password option for file encryption, directly addressing data protection recommendations (GDPR). This change eliminates reliance on personal identifiers like a personal ID or phone number for file protection, significantly reducing unauthorized access risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. You can now easily configure that new method in PGM. Learn more.
PerfectGym Manager accessibility updates – WCAG 2.2
We’ve made further progress toward full WCAG 2.2 compliance by updating our color schemes to meet recommended contrast ratios and improving readability. This week, in response to customer feedback, we also fixed accessibility errors in certain views. These enhancements boost usability in the Perfect Gym Manager system, creating a more inclusive experience for all users, including those with disabilities. Learn more.
