Introduction
In PGM you can configure starter packs, which allows you to create a special offer for users who want to become a member in your club. By using this feature you can assign special products, or packages to particular members. Starter packs are available for free, or at a promotional price.
- This article shows how to create a Starter Pack including two "Introduction with a Personal Trainer" sessions which will be available to choose for your club members during registration.
- This article will be helpful to PG Champion, Club Manager, Sales Manager, Administrator and Club Owner.

How to create a Start package?
To create a start package you need to create a product, or a bundle first. In this case, we will show you how to use bundle product type for starter packs.
Go to this article to get familiar with the bundle product type.
1. Go to the PGM -> Sale -> POS Management -> Products.
2. Click on the Add new product button.
3. Choose Bundle as a product type.
4. Press Next.
5. Fill in the following fields:
New products
- Name - enter the name - e.g. Welcome Gift.
- Description - add the description - e.g. Gift for New Club Members
- Category - select Others.
- Unit - select units of measurement - Piece
Bundle
Sell as individual products - turning on this option, enables you to set the price for individual products from the list. All items will be displayed separately on the receipt with different VAT rates.
- Add another good or service - click to add a product to the bundle.
- Select the Introduction with a Personal Trainer and click Add.
- In quantity click the + button until you have 2 products added.
Price&Taxes
- List price - enter 0. This way the Welcome Gift will be sold for free.
- VAT/GST - select tax rate.
- Clubs – open a dropdown list and click the checkboxes next to the clubs where you want to make the product available
- Applications – open a dropdown list and click the checkboxes next to the apps in which you want to make the product available.
- Employee positions - select the employee position who could run the training.
- Available for - select who can buy the product - Everyone.
- Store state - tick this checkbox. This way, after giving the Products to the member, you will be able to deduct the Product from the Member Profile.

Product as a contract starter pack - turn on this option, otherwise, the Start Package will not work! Now, these new options will be displayed.

Available only to the new members (during registration) - tick this checkbox to make the product available only to new members during their registration process.

Remember that, this configuration of the Start Pack is dedicated to new members only! After adding the Contract, the system automatically assigns the products to their Profile.
6. Click Add to insert the changes.
