Introduction
This guide will help you increase the prices of products from a set date.
Please read this guide carefully.
Before you start
- This is for all products, including bundles and casual prices of facility bookings.
Instruction
This instruction guide is for changing product prices individually and in bulk. You can also change a single product follow this article.
Note: Using the bulk price increase function is effective if you are increasing a number of products by the same price/percentage
To increase the price of products in bulk, go to PGM->Settings->Support Tools.
Click on Products Prices.
Select the Clubs of the products you want to raise the price.
Using the filters, find a product/s you wish to raise the price.
Id - Choose the product using the search field by putting in the individual id number.
Name - Choose the product using the search field by putting in the name of the product.
Current Price - Choose the product using the search field by putting in the current price of the product.
Valid From - This shows the date the products are valid from.
Expires At - This shows the date the Current Price of the products expires at (and the new date valid from).
Select the products you wish to increase by putting a tick in the box to the left of the individual id numbers of each product.
Products are listed separately by club. To increase prices in multiple clubs, select the product in each club individually.
To select all products, put a tick in the box next to the heading Id.
Press Update Prices of Selected.
Type - Choose between a percentage increase or amount increase.
Amount - Enter in the increased amount or percentage that the price of the product will be from the effective from date (E.g. increase by $2.00 or 3%).
Valid From - Enter in a date where the price rise will start from.
Once entered in, press Simulate to preview the new price. This will appear in the New Price column.
The example below is increasing the amount of the products by $2.00.
The example below is increasing the percentage of the products by 3%.
Once entered, press Update prices to save this line.
A warning pop-up will ask 'Are you sure you want to update prices of selected products'. Select Yes.
