- This article shows the step-by-step configuration of a service-type product in PGM.

Before you start
Get familiar with this article to learn more about product types you can configure within the PG system.
When adding a new Product to the PGM system, you can decide to select from many different options. Services such as Personal Training or Swimming Classes, can be stored on your member’s profile to make sure you control the amount of already used and available ones. The process can be automated through integration with the zone setup & access control rules, or it can be manual where reception staff would give a PT session out on POS.
