Introduction
Payment interval describes how often a member will be charged with a Membership fee within a given Payment Plan. Commitment period is the total period of time the Contract has been signed for. In example, the Membership Fee is 50 EUR and you want to charge your member monthly for a 12-month Contract. In this case, your Payment Interval should be set to 1 month. It means that the system will charge your member with 50 EUR Membership Fee, each month, for one year.
There are four predefined Payment Intervals available in the system:
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 1 year
- 2 years
This process is also used in PGM->Finances->Auto Bookings Generation
- This article demonstrates, how to set up Payment Intervals other than the above.
