Introduction
You can only delete payment plans that are not in use. A payment plan is “in use” if it is assigned to a member or connected to a discount. Only unused plans can be deleted safely.

To delete an unused payment plan, follow these steps in PGM:

Open PGM, and go to the Sale tab.

In the Memberships column, click Payment Plans.

Find a plan that is not assigned to any member or discount.

Click the trash icon next to that payment plan.

Confirm the deletion.
If the trash icon is not visible, the plan is in use and cannot be deleted. In that case, you can only edit it.
